Start the Conversation

Call, text, or email BrightWater Marine to tell us about your property and your project. We'll discuss whether you're considering new construction, a replacement, renovation, upgrade, or another waterfront improvement.

Complimentary Site Visit

We'll schedule a complimentary site visit to evaluate the property and understand the project firsthand.

Evaluate the Site

We assess terrain, shoreline conditions, water depth, accessibility, and other factors that may influence the project.

Define Your Goals

We'll discuss what you want to accomplish, your expectations for the finished project, and how you plan to use the waterfront.

Establish Project Requirements

Measurements are taken and the requirements of the project are determined.

Proposal & Estimate

Once we understand the property and scope, we prepare a proposal and estimate. Because Flathead Lake properties vary significantly, estimates are developed after a site visit.

Engineering & Drawings

When required, we coordinate engineering and drawings necessary for the project.

Permitting

We prepare and submit appropriate permits to the applicable county or agency when required.

Schedule & Build

Once the project is ready, we establish the schedule and execute the work according to the agreed scope.

Completion

Upon completion, we walk through the finished project with you. Our goal is to provide a finished waterfront project designed for years of reliable use, so you can enjoy your property with confidence.
